Was watching VTM for a change and was reminded why I don’t watch them.
What’s with their journalists asking questions in the most loaded, poison-the-well, insulting kind of way?
It would be functionality identical if they had asked Quickie: “Wow, what a bunch of amateurs you all are, is this a clear indication that Belgium’s security is a joke to you, member of a political party my bosses don’t like but let’s not say that out loud?”
This isn’t “critical journalism” this is shaping the way people view specific political groups.
I wonder if you could actually sue the government if you find out your data was leaked. There was info regarding a sexual abuse investigation on there, if I was a victim of that case, I would probably want to sue them for gross negligence or whatever the appropriate legal term is.
Nuke them
With simple physical 2fa security this could have been made a lot more difficult for the hackers, although it and security clearly isn’t the government’s strong suit. Funny that they give companies fines if they are big enough and don’t use 2fa, but don’t follow their own practices.
In a couple decades a hack that will have big will happen, and they’ll finally have to invest in good IT management and security.
I don’t believe this. Can someone give me information that can “prove” this is probably fake news? Or is this something i really should believe?
First we get news that it was just a guessed password and now it looks like they are trying to cover their bad security by saying it was a hack of a hacker collective?
