This is weird, even for Belgian standards…
Very cool man! Big up for your support!
Trivia: who was the Belgian goalie with the German name on the 1986 version of the team?
Thanks for sharing man
Excellent content, OP. You’re a true fan and a great analyst. Post it on r/soccer.
What’s super interesting is that as far as I know you are the only one to catch De Bruyne’s reaction after the goal. It’s at [9mins 2secs](https://youtu.be/TeVKRLx8FyY?t=542). He’s basically not celebrating and walks up to Martinez to tell him he’s not happy with the aimless long passes.
Today, De Bruyne acknowledged [in the Belgian press](https://www.dhnet.be/sports/football/diablesrouges/2022/11/25/kevin-de-bruyne-fait-son-mea-culpa-apres-sa-brouille-avec-alderweireld-ca-me-frustre-mais-je-devrais-moins-le-montrer-FSE3URTS7BARRHJBJG2SBP3YZI/) that he went a bit over the top with his showing his discontent, while still saying he was not optimistic.
Some of his quotes from that interview:
>”I know that my reactions are not always the right ones. We can’t play in the same way as Manchester City. As a national team, you must adapt to the players you have. Does it frustrate me sometimes? Yes, but I should show it less well as I try to do it.

>”If the level remains so, we have no chance of winning,”
>
>”The speed of defense is not a problem for me, but our level has been lower for some time and I sometimes worry about it because I know that the team has potential.”
>
>”We have less stress with these three points.”
awesome vid, loved seeing the fan interactions outside of the stadium
