My fucking god, this is WW1 shit. How did we got into this situation?
This looks almost exactly like a WW1 battlefield. Bloody horrible to see the region and the soldiers in that state.
Let’s bomb Russian artillery and missiles sites.
Isn’t this the part of the front that has been active since 2014?
And here I was reading about Verdun, Somme and other great battles of WWI and being thankful that we live today and not then. Sad times.

Also soldiers, likely, sleep in conditions like that. I doubt they have something better. Especially considering the activity of warzone there. So, I think, there is absolutely no time to improve comfortability. They sleep with all those obstacles, including dirt, mud, coldness, rain water, without shower for weeks and even months sometimes. Maintaining their hygiene using only napkins.
