Moldova: he wants to annex it along with Ukraine, maybe is hoping they will just yield without conflict so is keeping relations friendly. Moldavians don’t support Russia or the war.
Bosnia and Serbia: in 2020 they received sputnik vaccines from Russia back in March 2020( February 2021? Its all a blur now..) one of the first countries to be vaccinated as a result and open back to normal. Putin is hoping the previous soviet states rejoin once the EU breaks up (Putin hopes, due to in-fighting over gas and the economy and sanctions etc).
We have to stay United EU family, don’t let Putin break us up 🇪🇺💙
Edit: just saw South Korea also!!
I guess this symbolises that it is North Korea, China and Russia against the Western and democratic world.
