You had 12 years to fix this and did not a fucking single thing. Why whine now?
Wow they really seem to want to egg more people on to firebomb buildings hosting migrants.
OK but how do we deter MPs from colluding with other MPs to defraud the hardship fund?
….. Hes not smiling for the camera, he’s just reminiscing about hunting a poor person who wondered onto his estate, or identifying his next target.
Tell me your a tory without telling me your a tory.
But international law and treaties the UK has signed would make that illegal, so I’d love to say I wonder what they’ll do. I mean, what they’ll actually do is walk the knife-edge between ‘actual fascism’ and ‘it’s just talk,’ depending on what they seem to be able to get away with at the time, because these are downward-selected bottom-feeders — not just ‘men without politics, who know only that nothing matters except that they hold power,’ but men (and women) without morality, without empathy, without shame; just leeches in suits.
There’s a bit in the Bible about no room at the inn
Set up a processing centre in France, process them there. Anyone crossing in a boat gets sent right back to the French processing centre.
Unfortunately that was Macrons idea.
Hey look ‘to many’ Asylum seekers… what’s that over there… it looks like a shortage of foreign workers… if only there was an easy an obvious solution that would solve both of these issues.
You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.
Same headline same bloated, tiny faced fuck wit delivering it.
Yep
The economy must be really fucked, better blame the migrants
It will stop when the tories decide to stop paying their mates who run hotel companies to lodge refugees in them. Who do you imagine lobbied this big scheme to begin with?
Big hotel firms are laughing at the free millions they’re receiving with guaranteed business paid for by taxpayers.
Is this minister part of the same government that decided to put them up in 4 star hotels costing £160 a night? I have another suggestion about how ‘Hotel Britain’ might end…
Okay? So what are you going to shove them into the sheets? Refugee camps? Whats the solution to the problem you made?
Another declaration saying nothing. I’ll give the same analogy I used before:
Your house is on fire, and as you watch in horror from your front garden, the fire chief stands beside you and says, “that’s terrible, somebody ought to do something about that!”
The Tories are very good at complaining, but no good at doing anything.
Rees-Mogg was supposed to give the bonfire of red tape, but all he did was complain there was too much red tape.
Teresa May told us she would stop illegal immigrants
Amber Rudd told us she would stop illegal immigrants
Priti Patel told us she would stop illegal immigrants
Savid Javid told us he would stop illegal immigrants
Suella Braverman told us she would stop illegal immigrants.
There’s more to the job than just saying you will do something.
Robert Jenrick as in the former housing minister who took a bribe, was proven to have been bribed, and then stayed in office? That lying little bitch-weasel? I think he should shut the fuck up
Yeah the UK is going to want those migrants soon with the fertility and population rate the way it is. Wait til all the oldies who hate migrants stop working, then you’ll be wondering where all the new peeps are at.
All this Tory language is populist, corrupt and extreme right wing. It’s dehumanising and will blind people to the human beings who are migrating perfectly legally – there are no laws against migration. There is no law against applying for asylum. Everything these people do is high risk, unregulated but not illegal.
At least build decent detention centres then. There is a big difference between a five-star hotel and what we are seeing in Kent, you can easily provide accommodation that is not luxurious but does not breach human rights.
Nah… Tories love immigrants and asylum seekers. They are useful.
Did anyone else immediately think of Fawlty Towers?
These people are illigal migrants not asylum seekers.
I’m downvoting everything about immigration now.
Tories are playing you for a fool.
Asylum shopping is a massive issue.
You have to travel through dozens of very safe countries to reach the UK.
It’s literally choosing beggars supposedly fleeing literal hell, yet you have a destination in mind from day 1.
“corrupt parliament” must end to deter “MP shopping” by rich donors like Richard Desmond paying housing minister Robert Jenrick push through approval for his development.
