Damn, poor man. Its clear he was struggling with issues under the surface for quite some time, and this was the straw that broke the camels back.
But damn, its unbelievable the sheer number of mistakes that were made that led to this situation. Its an armoury for lords sake! They seriously need to update their security protocells.
