Its just you. All these random maps with statistics have Czechia in most cases on them. It is lower Balkans that keeps disapapearing from maps plus Moldova or sometimes Portugal. This is probably the first time i see map that have missing Czechia

I think this was done by the author of the graphic because the referenced WHO report doesn’t omit Czech data, it’s all there.
