A three-bed two bathroom apartment in Santry for €1985/month. €661 a head for three people each with their own room. I wouldn’t for a second justify the actions of the scumbag who has put four beds in a room, but we also have to consider that people are choosing this over their own room (for less), so they can live in D2 instead of a bus ride away in Santry. Idiocy imo.
Lies. It’s in Dublin 8. But D2 probably sounds better.

Don’t pretend like it doesn’t happen, accept it happens, then get outraged and go fix it by voting for parties that actually help, look beyond the propaganda and political sound bites and vote properly.
In some places in the US about 20 years ago, judges would punish landlords by making them stand outside their buildings wearing a sign that said “I am a slumlord”. They had to do it if they wanted to avoid prison. We should introduce something like that here. This is fucking outrageous.
Imagine going to work all day and looking forward to your wank time at home but there’s 3 other cunts in the room with you. It would be so awkward for them.
For many people it beats paying hostel 1300 currently a month to live with 6 other people. It’s not good but better than hostel.
