Looks like a [Silverfish](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silverfish). Harmless if they don’t become too many in which case they can be a problem as they also eat paper and might damage books or leatherware.
Afaik they are even useful in small numbers as they hunt and eat smaller pests.

**Edit:** Looking at the images, u/Rhynocoris might be right and this is another, similar species called [Paperfish](https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Papierfischchen).
Looks like [*Ctenolepisma longicaudatum*](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ctenolepisma_longicaudatum).
This is a Silberfischen (Lepisma saccharina) they are not dangerous but could be a sign, that your air humidity is high.
