Didn’t even know there was an Amazon warehouse in Coventry
Amazon will still rake it in this weekend though. My colleagues were all talking about Black Friday deals yesterday. They might not have all been talking about Amazon specifically but it highlights the general problem nicely; consumerism is basically ingrained into people these days. Amazon will just ignore these strikes, they might only pay attention when people boycott the company in large numbers in solidarity with striking workers.
