“The Minstrel Boy” (see the movie Blackhawk down for a good version) , is the first song. “Believe me if all those endearing young charms” is in there about 4 mins 25 secs. Liliburlero march? around 6 mins. Can’t put my finger on the rest of them though some sound familiar. Music halls were popular at the time so there may be tunes in there we wouldn’t recognise as being “Irish”.

The piece at around 1.55 is ‘St Patrick’s Day’ (also called ‘Barbary Bell’).
3.30 sounds like ‘McBreen’s Heifer’ maybe?
