I read the titulars about Mick Wallace and I was asking to myself how tf people like this now got into the European Parliament in the first place as the headlines make you believe that he is defending Russian acts, but I found the following speech and you can clearly see he’s clearly not, he’s actually highlighting the hypocrisy of the western world.
I’ll leave this link here as such headlines were shared here and from the comments people made me believe that he was getting paid by the Russians… why can’t we Europeans stand oppositions? We always have to accused those whose oppose us of insane, being paid off or even racist sometimes.

  2. He’s a total piece of shit. It would be fine if he actually was opposed to authoritarianism, militarism etc. but he then praises countries like Iran and denounces protest movements there. He’s a total simp for anti-US dictators, whether paid or not.

    I you don’t do what they say they pretend to not understand why you are acting like that.

    Then tell everybody you are mental.

    Examples of this would be

    when (I think) Charlie Hebdo published a cartoon where kids were washing up on the beach with a mcdonalds ad criticising how the media were taking pictures of the dead refugees, but their only action was to sell advertisements. .

    when Eric Cantona gave a speech about how the media were like seagulls following a trawler hoping that Eric would say something which they could use to sell papers, just like a seagull hopes they can get food from the trawler.

    Mick Wallace didn’t do what they wanted to do, so they pretended to think it meant he was mates with Putin.

    Most people don’t wanna know though, they want to read a headline, make a snap diagnosis of the situation and move on.

  9. He supports Assad in Syria and still insists the war is NATO’s fault with Euromaidan being a US-backed coup. This is before mentioning he had 30 million euros worth of business debt written off at the taxpayer’s expense. Fuck that clown
