When you rush to express support for these strikes just have a think about why you’re happy with this but get angry at the climate protestors.
Both don’t directly target the people in charge. Both negatively affect the common person. Both are causes worthy of support.
Well it’s not like it would make any difference to the Standard of Education overseen by the SNP – I say go for it!
I do get it, but actually curious – what would people want to happen? Like yes, if this country was handled better, if there was no Brexit, if whatever else, we wouldn’t be in this mess now. But we are, and all the solutions seem bad.
If we give everyone more money by printing more or borrowing it, we just fuel the inflation further and undermine the UK financial system. Giving just to some state employees seems unfair to others. Sure, you can tax high earners more – but there’s not that many of them, if you change top income tax level from 45 to 50%, barely any money will be made. So really, you’d need to tax even middle earners much more, which again doesn’t seem fair.
I get why people are upset, because we didn’t have to be in this situation – but now that we are, I don’t see any good solutions.
I thought all was good with this SNP gov?
Or do the support, like me, start to question this wee bam and her priorities.
Wtf is she doing to this nation!
Meanwhile: Nicola’s only care is another referendum 😂. Deluded fuck.
They should shut up for the sake of another referendum bid.
