This does seem a more attractive, ‘back go basics’ approach. With the added bonus of not getting into arguments about uniform or getting in a huff because due process and fairness apply to your staff.
Alright good for them. Glad to see they were able to reverse course so well.
No more going to unnecessary MH calls, more stations, more time focused on solving crimes. It’s like the job before the cuts is coming back.
