My family just have a vaccination proof which says these details

I am confused why it says number of dose 2/1. When I scan the QR code it shows details and only the last dosage detail. I am wondering if this will be acceptable as proof of complete vaccination record. Also is there a way to get a proof of all their covid vaccination?
