Hello people of Cyprus and people-not-from-Cyprus-who-perhaps-like-Cyprus!

I am working on a project regarding future changes of the EU. We put our ideas in a survey, and are therefore asking if you could perhaps take the time to let us know your opinion. It takes a mere 10 minutes to complete, and would be much appreciated!

  1. Hey all, I tried to undertake your questionnaire but as early as the 3rd or 4th question you have broad questions and open ended questions. I don’t know what the purpose of your questionnaire is (political survey, undergraduate dissertation or research project) but I found it immediately too difficult to answer. I have been supervising dissertations for almost 10 years now, and politics is not my field, but I feel like you could possibly get more respondents by perhaps restructuring your questions. Remember that your audience is most likely not as educated as you on the topics you are asking about. Please don’t take this negatively, I’m hopefully only providing constructive criticism here that might help you get the most out of your work.

  2. Any reason you used the “Republic of Cyprus” only for Cyprus(and you didn’t use it for the “Republic of Latvia”, the “Republic of Malta” etc?)

(I ll try to finish it tomorrow)

  3. This is a really bad example of a questionarie. You are in fact imposing your views on those who have to answer these questions. You will not receive a real representation of the data, but a confirmation of your beliefs.
