Is this a scam?

  1. 100% a scam yes..

Also, Klarna sends email reminders not text messeges. If you’re still not sure, you can log into klarna.com using bankID and check if you have anything unpaid

  2. You are showing your phone number in this screenshot, but yes, it is a scam. No company use .org, they use .no or .com.

If you google the company name Inkasso Klarna, it is not even a name of a company.

  3. In the future, just log in to your klarna account to check. Never click links unless immedietly prompted on an official site.

  4. I just never open link I get. I go to the homepage to whoever sent me something, log in and look if the message I get are true.

  5. That’s a scam, just block the number. Earlier in the summer there was a scam going around just like this one (same wording and formatting) just different name/link

  6. Never follow links from sites etc, except when you just accepted something to be sent to you.

    Always check for yourself first.

  7. Rule nr 1 regarding scams. Allways check with the provider they are claming to be.

Normally they would be aware of any attacks, plus they would be able to comfirm whatever charges your might have.

  8. If I ever wonder if it’s true, I never use the link and log in separately to the text and check. 99.9% of the time it’s a scam.

  9. In Norway it’s illegal for the debt collections to send you a text message like that to pay any amounts owed.

There is laws they have to comply with, which scammers like the one in op does not care about to trick you to pay.

  10. Just look at the URL of the link – does that look legit on any level? It’s a really bad and obvious scam, yes! To some it might seem like nobody could possibly fall for it but they only need one or two confused old people, dumb kids or people with particularly low IQ/learning disabilities to fall for it, for it to be worthwhile & profitable for the scammer.
