3. Podenco, they are also a incredibly old breed without any genetic shortcomings. Lots of variation between them, I like the scruffy long haired ones.

10. A lady up the street has a Lagotto Romagnolo (aka Italian Truffle dog) that is absolutely adorable. Like an animated Steiff animal.

16. Rottweiler definitely, it’s the most smart and kindest breed as well as it’s really friendly to kids.

24. Shar mountain Shepherd dog. He would die for his owner and would attack a bear or a wolf to defend the sheep.
    My great grandfather had it, and so did his father and his grandfather.

35. Malty (Maltese dog). One of my family has one of these and it is the most gentle, lovable, patient dog I have ever seen…… but a bit yappy

    I like affectionate, cuddle dogs that can run around all day and then curl up on your lap. A Poodle would be nice – A Miniature one (that’s the middle of the three sizes)
