Joining the growing ranks of born-again Brexiteer politicians.
Good. We should go for a harder brexit. Give the people what they deserve.
Labour has no interest in offering a viable alternative to corrupt Tories. The UK is going to spend decades in economic darkness.
Nobody wants a Swiss-style deal. It’s a mess, consisting of dozens of individual deals. The EU have already said they’ll never enter into that sort of arrangement with any country ever again. After 2026, even Switzerland probably won’t have a Swiss-style deal either.
I understand he wants to appeal to the lost red all voters and those who are more on the populist wavelength. But at the same time he’s alienating voters like me who are looking for alternative. I mean, I hope he’ll do a u turn should he get elected, but I’m not seeing enough to be confident in that possibility.
