I went from Kirchberg there by descending the rue Fort Thüringen (take the tunnel next to european parlament) and then Rue de Busbach.
Probably want to go up to that statue and see from it’s point of view, huh? I would be interested in hearing if there is a public way up there too. As far as I know, that statue and viewpoint is on private property
There are several walking paths around the seminary. To get to the statue just walk there from the seminary or climb over the bridge at the entrance to the road where tour malakoff is. Amazing view, dont forget the beers.
