  1. What a despicable piece of shit. His ‘breathing problems’ can’t have been that bad for him to go apeshit like that.

    At least he has been convicted of GBH with intent, rather than the CPS settling for a lesser charge. Let’s hope that when he is sentenced in December, that the judge sentences him to an appropriate number of years.

    While I know he’s unlikely to get a sentence anywhere near the maximum for the offence (which has a maximum of life imprisonment). I do so hope that it won’t be a pathetic one near the lower end (which I believe is 2 years). Any less than double figures would just be an insult to the paramedics who were only there because they believed his health/life was in danger.

    I really do hope that for once a hefty sentence will be handed down rather than something that will only reinforce the publics lack of confidence that justice will ever be done.
