As you can see [here](https://imgur.com/4vglKcH) , there are train rails on the other side of the street, and a fence so no one is supposed to go there, some people living in the neighborhood (I don’t know who) decided that it is a suitable place for their trash, usually cardboard boxes, they throw them at night when everyone’s asleep, and I notice the trash the morning after since it’s right in front of my window, I woke up today and guess what I found ? well you don’t have to guess since it’s in the photo above, **A mattress !!,** It’s a gigantic eyesore not to forget possibly dangerous if it slips on the tracks, what could I do about this? who should I contact?, I have no idea how one handles such a situation in Germany
