Senior police officers cannot order others to make
An arrest. This in itself is an unlawful order.
This is going to be a thread where it’s plainly obvious which people commenting didn’t read the article.
Very poor, but there also needs to be questions asked of the officers making the arrests. You make an arrest on your own beliefs, and your own beliefs alone
Senior Officer should lose a job then. Unlawful arrest is just common kidnapping if you are holding someone imprisoned know it’s illegal what else would you call it?
