Well that’s a misleading headline. Ireland hasn’t filed any cannabis legislation, anywhere. *Someone* has proposed/tabled a private member’s bill, that someone being an individual, not the country as a whole, not the Irish government, not even an entire political party. The standard of journalism is in the gutter these days.
