  1. The systems were out of date just like the time the NHS was hacked. They didn’t want to spent the money to upgrade simple as. You think they would have learned from the NHS incident

    Pity they weren’t monitoring their system so extensively. I find the use of language here very irritating. ‘we have seen no evidence’ doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened and isn’t as comforting as he thinks, it just means they haven’t seen it.
