Alright lads. What difference does it make for us to tell our farmers to reduce cattle farming when we are allowed to import shit tons of meat coming from international countries with much less climate restrictions?
I am all for reducing carbon emissions but it’s fucked up to outsource our carbon emissions on the pretense of being green while fucking up our farmers as a result.

Work in conservation for the state. The land is fucked, our model of farming has fucked it, beef/dairy/forestry. Our rivers are fucked. Our hedgerows are fucked. It’s not natural to have fields with just grass growing in it. Our wildflowers, orchids are non existant. Táim croíbhriste.
