
In both Brussels and Antwerp, hundreds of Moroccan football fans took to the streets to celebrate their team’s success. Unlike Sunday when violence flared in both Brussels and Antwerp, Thursday evening’s celebrations passed largely without incident. This was due at least in part to members of the sizeable Moroccan communities in both cities stepping up and acting as unofficial stewards to ensure that things passed peacefully.

Sorry but why is it always the second gen immigrants who were born and raised in Europe cause most problems, unlike first gen immigrants who migrated from Morocco to Europe ? I don’t get it.
I disagree, I think the chain of policemen highly equipped was more of a deterrent.
Good to see that the community at large are just like most others: decent people
