I was doing some reading on the internet, and came across multiple sayings referencing to a “Famous West Germany Scholar named **H. Franke**”. *It was mentioned that he (or she?) suggested that the natural life span of a human being would be 120 years old without external factors like accidents or infections.*
I did some digging but could only find results of people that are NOT german or some kitchen related items.

Can anyone help with identifying the actual name of this scholar? I would like to read more on that.
