I thought unsubscribe links had to be clearly identifiable?
I remember sending out a marketing email for a restaurant I was managing and genuinely forgot to include the unsubscribe link.
You’d think I just declared war.
Yet companies like this do what they want.
That’s illegal. The ease of ability to withdraw consent needs to comparable to subscribing.

Are you using outlook? Outlook often strips stuff out of emails like images and buttons.
I was genuinely searching this email for the unsubscribe.

You can make a complain to them under GDPR and if they fob you off or you aren’t happy with their response, you can complain to the DPC.
The links should be clear. This doesn’t comply with GDPR guidelines.
