Can’t register/log in to Permanent TSB, can anyone help

  1. If you’re worried that something might be wrong, I suggest you call them on 0818 50 24 24 for help.

  2. Would it be possible that you’re using a character in your password that it won’t accept? Just random thought based on issues that happened to me before with ptsb logins. Not sure if it’s it though. Did you get the temporary password from them and get beyond that point?

  3. You might need to log on using a PC (desk top) rather than a iPad, laptop etc. Seems bizarre but ran into similar prob last year

  4. It might be a fraud prevention block. Have you tried asking to be put through to the fraud team they might help. My bank shuts me out if a payment flags up and I don’t speak to them

  5. Your branch should be able to help sort this. They can also confirm to the IT guys you are who you claim to be as you are in branch and in person.
