Energy suppliers don’t give a shit about their vulnerable customers.
Its a business, its about making as much profit as possible. The fact that people are suffering is immaterial to them. The suffering is making them profit… so why would they care

Scottish Power shouldn’t be down as ‘minor weaknesses’
You spend 45 mins on hold to customer services for the call either to drop or for them to be totally unhelpful. If they consider you to owe money they won’t let you talk to customer services, just collections and they don’t have the visibility on your account beyond a number which says you owe money… it’s an awful system, designed to take money and not listen!
Majorly failing and deserves to go out of business is my personal view of them
