he will be found guilty or not guilty. im not prejudging that. but what a state the Police and court system is in where victims wait years for justice, or the accused waits years to clear their name.
he was charged in Jan 2022 but wont go to trial till Nov 2023.
No doubt a smart lawyer out there will be trying to get a reduced sentence based on career earnings loss for time taken to complete this and the time it’s taken to go to trial. Imagine he won’t spend much time inside if at all.
