If I remembered correctly, Finland was not even present at the conference at that time— however, the absence was not a deliberate act.
From what I know, Finnish prime minister at that time, TM Kivimäki was in favor of USSR taking part in LoN (see here: https://digi.kansalliskirjasto.fi/sanomalehti/binding/1831504?term=kansainliiton&term=kansainliittoon&term=kansainliitto&term=Kansainliiton&page=5&ocr=true ). Only IKL opposed the idea fiercely.
Some Russian article stated that “there were other reasons” for Finland’s absence, may I ask what were those “reasons”?

Another angle is that Finns didn’t support kicking Soviet Union out of LoN after Winter War started because that just means that LoN can’t pressure the Soviets. I would think that the same logic would apply to Soviets being members
