I recently moved to a new apartment and it has no lights. I have bought lights and tried to hire someone to come fix it but they are not available any time soon. I have built furniture in past and know how to use drill. I never made holes in the concrete before, let alone near the wires. Can you guys please give me tips?
I am attaching photo of the lights and the ceiling for reference.

Thanks in advance 🙏

The wires are colour coded. Depending on the age of the installation.
Theoretically
Black = Live or Brown
Grey = Neutral or Blue
Red = Earth or Green/Yellow
It is hard to see from the photo of your connection in the ceiling, but I can see the colours on the wires in your new lamp.
Turn off the main power before you do anything. Connect the wire from the ceiling to the lamp through the small plastic connection.
Looking at the picture of the lamp: you remove the shiny metal bar with the two holes in it and fix that to the ceiling. You then connect the wires (same colours opposite of each other on that connector) and screw them tight by using the small screw after you inserted the ceiling wires. Last, you connect the lamp to the mounting bar you screwed to the ceiling earlier.
REMEMBER TO SHUT OFF THE ELECTRICITY BEFORE YOU DO STUFF WITH WIRES
