Dunno about bying, but You could sure MAKE them… 3 ingredients only:
Fresh canberries, eggwhites, powdered sugar…
Whip up eggwhites till stiff, and then dip several times the cranberries into egg, then into powder, repeat, till a nice coating builds up. Last dip in powder. Let dry.
Done!
