That’s the [Routemaster](http://routemaster.lu/), you can book the bus. I once drove on it from the city to Wiltz and back. It’s a cool bus but when it’s raining, don’t sit at the front on the upper level. It’s not completely water tight 😉
Be a good citizen and show the driver how to get to Oxford Circus. Bloke has been driving around Luxembourg for several decades without ever figuring out the way home 🙂
