Retourenquote im Online-Handel: In der Schweiz werden europaweit am meisten Pakete zurückgeschickt

  1. My biggest issue is the lack of standardization in clothing sizes. And I feel like it has gotten worse over time (purley subjective probably).

I guess the brands selling on Zalando et al. can’t improve on that given their sweatshop manufacturing in Southeast Asia.

  2. It’s sad that this happens that frequently. I’m ordering quite a lot of things and I can hardly tell the last time I had to send something back. I bet the “ordering to try it on and send everything back that I don’t like” mindset is responsible for all of this. I’m blaming Zalando for this trend

  3. This is quite surprising as Swiss law does not know a right to return ordered goods (while EU law does) and because a lot of Swiss online retailers don’t allow free returns – or at least didn’t do so until recently.

I think my personal return quote is way below 1%

  4. I guess I really suck at German, because I read Retourenquote like it was French “retour en quote” and was wondering wtf could it mean in this context

  5. I have ordered a lot over the last decade and haven’t sent back a single thing. I was sent the wrong thing twice by Digitec and they didn’t even want it back and I found somebody who could use it.
