Not really a secession push, the party that is pushing for this depends too much on the country as a whole. Rather, it is them pushing to return the constitution back to a state it was in around 2004 (there was no country-wide police agency or armed force at the time).
Even that is questionable, as the ruling Serb party, the Union of Independent Social Democrats, has announced a lot of things. For instance, its leader has called for two independence referendums thus far, none of which he ever carried through, or the recent “nonparticipation in government” which of course they did not carry through either.
So don’t take it too seriously, rather, worry about muslim parties pushing do destroy the federal structure of the country and do what Milošević tried to do in Yugoslavia.
