Maybe you should contact your bank and ask them, instead of random people on the internet?
And while you’re at it, have them charge back thr payments.
I know it sounds like a wild idea, but hey.

How would we know what something coming out of your bank account would be?
You can stop the Direct Debit through your online banking or by contacting AIB. You can also blacklist the originator to prevent them from setting up a new one. See: https://aib.ie/ways-to-bank/aib-direct-debits-and-standing-orders. Or you could follow the guidance on the completesave web site.
What an absolute scam.
My better half had a similar experience with a different company. We eventually got all the money back but it requires persistence and some nerve.
1) Cancel the subscription. Do not agree to anything else during that process
2) You then need to exhaust their complaints process. Contact them, explain that you did not sign up to their service and request a full refund. Ask for a reference number for this process.
3) They will refuse the refund and note that you did sign up
4) Request evidence of the sign up. Sign up requires an initial request and then confirmation from you
5) They will supply some junk
6) Dispute the sign up process was completed. Request that the case is escalated.
7) They will repeat the junk
8) Respond that you dispute the sign up process was completed and that you are now making a complaint to the regulator – be prepared to do so and have the correct terminology
9) They will offer you a 20% return as a good will gesture
10) Refuse
11) Their supervisor will offer you a final 30% return as a good will gesture
12) Refuse. Identify that if this is the final point on their complaints process that you are now complaining to the regulator

Aren’t these one of the scammy links that show up on ticketmaster.ie _after_ you purchase a ticket?

Hi I used to work in a bank this site was an absolute nightmare. Basically if you buy something and it says on the end after you purchase ‘you’re entitled to cash back of X amount on your next order with ( original company)’ if you go into it you put in an email or some other details and it signs you up to this WLYCompleteSave like you see on your account it’s a subscription so basically what you need to do is contact your bank to put a CSA on it or a continuous stop authority, this will stop the payment from going through each month it will block the merchant, if it does go through after the stop has been on you’ll be entitled to charge that back. Word of advise though, this can’t be claimed as fraud they won’t even entertain it which can be frustrating for a lot of people
Edit: sites like Ticketmaster, dominos , travel related companies etc are the most common merchants where it pops up
A quick google search for that specific string of text shows [https://completesave.ie/](https://completesave.ie/)
Looks too much a a coincidence, maybe contact them and check..
EDIT: as many others have also figured out lol…
So they’ve emailed me after I did this evening and they’re refunding me 3 months worth with the offer of me making a claim to get it all back. Going to email them now with a reference number etc and see where that gets me.
I’ll go down to the bank tomorrow and make sure everything is in order!
Thanks everyone for your help. Please keep on the lookout for shit like this. I’ll keep you all updated!
Ring your bank, explain its an unauthorised payment. They’ll put through a CPA (continuous payment authority) refund on your behalf, can go back 13 months. Should be back in your account with 48 hours. That particular transaction is a really common one for CPA refunds so whoever you speak to in your bank should be pretty familiar with it already.
