Oireachtas: Why has no one won the lotto in so long?

It’s an absolute disgrace.
If the Lotto reps had any influence on whether the jackpot is won or not, I would have concerns.
I’d love to know what the “pertinent questions”are.
They’re making a complete balls of it!
Just split it up between anyone with 5 numbers and the bonus. So this from now on if it’s not won for more than 3 months.
Could someone who runs the Lottery not win the Lottery.? Could that happen, I wonder.
This seems like pageantry for people down the country.
Whoever is asking questions at the committee will know, it hasn’t been won because of probability and that’s all the Lotto have to say.
First time I’ve seen the lotto jackpot higher than the euromillions
While the question of “why hasn’t it been won yet?” is obviously stupid; is there any particular reason why the jackpot is capped?

Why don’t they just do a must be won jackpot?
In the UK lottery iif the prize isn’t won by the time it gets to around £12 million they do a must be won draw. If no one matches all the numbers then the prize rolls down to anyone who gets the highest amount of matching numbers. All the lower prizes get boosted as well.
Cant understand why they just don’t do that.
If only they didn’t sell the lotto off to pay for the children’s hospital
What a fucking waste of time. Maybe discuss the housing crisis or lack of ICU beds
