The title is false. It approved the founding of a private organisation with the aim of pushing for the Greek state to operate such classes in public organisations. It didn’t approve the actual founding of such public classes.
It also seems weird that the highly nationalist diaspora Greek Reporter uses plain “Macedonian” to describe a language other than the local Greek dialect.
