I have these charging stations from the USA, only compatible with 110-25v. I’m certain that all Slovenian homes support **230v** **- 50Hz** in their electrical grid. I wanted to use both devices to charge my laptop, phone, and cameras as well as have a portable plug outlet on the go while staying in a hotel or plugging it in public spaces where plug sockets are available.
Also, this item isn’t available outside the US. Japan also has the same item with only 2 prongs without a ground. I’ve seen videos of tech YouTubers based in the US reviewing both chargers as part of the GanPrime lineup released by Anker eg. ([Anker 727](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXkyhRhRN9g) & [Anker 615](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CueEw0BrGoo)), as pictured have built-in AC outlets (Type B), only capable of supplying **125v – 60Hz** when plugged into a socket, I think this product is made for Japanese or American consumers only, for some reason Anker didn’t remake both products for other countries.
I bought a step-down transformer from Australia (240 > 110v) during the time I was there, would that also be required before traveling to Ljubljana or Maribor to prevent a blown fuse and electrical fires during a potential visit for using both charging stations:
* [Travel Adapter](https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0924JY4K2/ref=twister_B0BFCCXM2N?_encoding=UTF8&th=1) for Europe (Type I to F)
* [Transformer](https://www.8zed.com/product/500w-step-transformer/) (Type I Plug) or [Voltage Converter](https://www.amazon.com/Voltage-Converter-International-European-Countries/dp/B074QLCKW6/ref=sr_1_18?crid=3EKGOKB87VS79&keywords=voltage+converter&qid=1666161892&qu=eyJxc2MiOiI1LjYyIiwicXNhIjoiNS4yOCIsInFzcCI6IjUuMDEifQ%3D%3D&sprefix=voltage%2Caps%2C395&sr=8-18) (Step-down from 230v > 110v)
I bought them for:
* Anker 615 – $69.99 \[66.60€\] – 2 AC outlets built-in (compatible with type A or B plugs only: US / JP)
* Anker 727 – $94.99 \[90.40€\] – 2 AC outlets built-in (compatible with type A or B plugs only: US / JP)

*Fakespot analyzes the reviews authenticity and not the product quality using AI. We look for real reviews that mention product issues such as counterfeits, defects, and bad return policies that fake reviews try to hide from consumers.*
*We give an A-F letter for trustworthiness of reviews. A = very trustworthy reviews, F = highly untrustworthy reviews. We also provide seller ratings to warn you if the seller can be trusted or not.*
We have 230vac/50Hz power here, so you need a stepdown transformer, since both devices only work on american, lower voltages. This is the only system we have, and it’s everywhere (we’re not japan).
…or you can just use normal adapters/chargers, since pretty much all (phone, laptop,….) charges support dual voltages,… except the one you have here.
I have no idea what I am looking at, but most of this seems like it won’t fit.
You need an EU socket compatible device. You can buy it here in any tech store (Big Bang, Mimovrste, probably also also all larger main chain grocery stores).
On one side, it’ll be what fits into our wall outlets, on the other side, it will be USB or whatever you need.
This will be cheaper than buying more expensive converters etc. So instead of buying converters to use your charging station, just charge your devices normally.
We barely have electricity here. Don’t bother bringing these plugs
>most Slovenian homes support 230v – 50Hz
all* and that goes for all European countries afaik, we’re pretty standardized in that sense
Most of the chargers work from 100V to 230V check on them and just buy shucko to us adapter
our outlet look like pigs noses. two holes only. any kind with three prongs will not fit
