I once worked at a library where they had National Geographic from the first edition right up until the present day and the director ordered the staff to toss it in the garbage along with tons of other magazines, some that they don’t even publish anymore like Omni. She was a real piece of work. She also misappropriated funds, but was allowed to “retire” so there wasn’t a fuss made.
It’s a document from 1918, it’s only controversial for people with no sense of history.
