Oh but wait, all of “Western Europe” hates Romania and Bulgaria because of Austria’s veto right?
Based Austrian president!
Too little too late
Is Austria a presidential or parliamentary republic ?
Not sure what people in Austria expected from this party, the freedom party, that is now in government..
It is the same party that tried really hard to remove all double language signs in towns and villages where there is a slovenian minority in Kärnten/Carinthia, when that guy, Jörg Haider was their leader, in 2006 or something.. it is a populist national-conservative party, so naturally eurosceptic by default, as EU is inherently a multiculti concept that promotes multilateralism.
They are Austria first and EU second, which is fine who cares, as long as they don’t veto what all other members seem to agree on, which shouldn’t be an Austria issue anyways.. The border control should be an EU problem, not of Bulgaria and Romunia. Same with migrants and refugees coming to Austria, an EU issue.
In any case, this “blasting” is a bit late now, but at least he didn’t “slam”.
It is good to see tho, what should be obvious anyways, that not all people agree with the governments decision – which seems hastily done anyway.
Thoughts and prayers
Well, this is an improvement…
When was the last time they even mentioned our name ?
Exactly…
This is a good thing for us…we will enter Schengen no matter what. 😉 Austria will just be forced to accept us.
