And yes, we know that some MEPs especially far right and far left are pro-Russian, but loads of mainstream MEPs fail to declare covert funding through fake NGOs that turn out to be foreign governments or industries. This is the tip of the iceberg. Wish a more heavy hitting journalist class existed in it, because Politico.eu are usually people part of the revolving door of politics, lobbies, journalism.
Btw I wouldn’t be surprised if the Qataris sold these people out once they got their positive press for the world cup haha. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

So did this really happen? Pretty crazy..
Also, maybe some French speaker can help, is she arrested, detained for questioning or what exactly? What exactly does “interpellée” mean here?
