>Lukashenko’s regime was represented at the OSCE summit in Lodz by Andrei Dapkiunas, Belarusian Ambassador to Austria, Permanent Representative of Belarus to the OSCE.
>Tsikhanouskaya herself commented on this photo in a conversation with Radio Svaboda. According to Tsikhanouskaya, when she saw the sign “Belarus” and Dapkiunas near it, she approached him.
>“I knew who it was, I went up to him and told him: “Good luck!”. He did not expect to see me, he was frightened, I think, he did not answer.
At that forum, Tikhanovskaya did not make any more attempts to communicate with Lukashenko representatives of Belarus.
