Vaping isn’t allowed in buildings, a few weekends ago we were away and someone was vaping in the restaurant! I’ve also been in a bar and seen multiple people vape inside as well
There is no law against vaping indoors as it isn’t covered by the tobacco legislation. Offices/restaurants/bars can enforce whatever rules they want but technically until it’s said explicitly there’s no rule against it. Except the rule of common sense and common courtesy but that goes broken quite often so…
Dicks will be dicks, whatever their vice.
My contract states no smoking or vaping in the premises, so if you were caught you’d go through the disciplinary procedures. Maybe tell a manager
I hate it 🤢🤢🤢🤢
I don’t smoke. And hate being stuck in an office when I’m forced to breath in second had vap smoke. Especially the flavored/Smelly ones.
But all the managers and multiple staff are vaping.
I’ve complained but nothing is done .
I genuinely don’t know what you’re trying to ask.
More importantly, why hasn’t the company banned it yet?
It’s likely to set off most Fire Alarm and Smoke Detection systems.
