    EU has banned russian SEABORNE crude oil imports

    this accounted for 90% of EU Russian oil imports in 2021

    the remaining 10% is pipeline oil ,exempted from this sanction until the end of 2023

    the countries that are supplied from the Druzhba pipeline are Hungary,Slovakia,Poland,Germany and Czech Republic

    Poland and Germany seek to ban oil flows from their section of the pipeline from 2023,and they want to legiferate it as sactions in order to not pay contractual fees to Russian companies

    **this would half the deliveries of pipeline oil in Europe ,leaving only 5% unsanctioned**

  2. I think ukraine will probably shut down the pipeline itself.

    They briefly did once already. Russia has 600k troops about to hit the battlefield. When ukraine gets backed into a corner they are going to exhaust all options. One will be shutting down or blowing up the druzba pipeline. Most likely get blown up and blamed on russia.
