I mean it looks beautiful what can I say at least much better then quite a few buildings in russia. Atleast the photo. The building is probably ugly in the summer and spring.
This is the most soviet thing I’ve seen since an empty fridge.
no windows – at least singers and dancers are safe here, no “accidental” defenestration
