It’s football themed and the art style of the artists. If they did not want this, why did they hire them? Who ever chose them and did not give them guidelines is at fault here.
Also, the artists didn’t make 28’000 on this, the whole budget for the design etc was 28’000, which includes the salary for the artists.
Before they clean this up, the clubs shoud pay for all the graffities in the city to be removed.
I think this is wonderful art that shows the mess created by the football clubs in society (in the form of vandalism and violence after/before the games).
We used to play this team when I was a Junior, they fully deserve this. Just kidding. I think it’s great. Something new and fresh.
Where can I hire my daughter?
It looks like some sort of revenge LOL
Looks like a highschool locker room
Reminds me of when cern spent 15 million euro painting the tram station floor blue outside. They removed all the trees, the park and the sculptures to paint the floor blue. Its already turing a nasty brown colour from sun damage.
It looks shite….. but at least the artist got rich.
I actually kinda like this. I feel like once the room is cleaned up and neatly refurbished it will look great ! Right now it looks messy because of the mess on the floor, but it’s a fun concept
What the actual…
Aren’t the artists ashamed of this? I have zero, zero artistic talent and could have done this.
Disgusting.
Normally the sprayers would pay a fine & the cost to get the vandalism painted over. However I doubt that the fine + the cost would reach 28k :p
Not so expensive… Lol
You cannot understand art !
They knew exactly what they are getting, you don’t just hire an unknown artist and hand them over 28k upfront.
* The previous work of these artists clearly shows their style, it’s not a surprise: [https://stefaniekaegi.com/](https://stefaniekaegi.com/)
* I’m sure the club received some drafts before the actual wall painting happened
* The club received an offer and agreed on the proposed style and cost
I’m sorry I cannot stop laughing.
Me: I want Otto Zitko
Mom: We have Otto Zitko at home
At home: …
This is what real trolling looks like 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
There are kids doing better then this 2 “artists”…
and for free…. You have to supply materials tho…
What really annoys me about this is that apparently the city paid for it and not the football club
I have always had a principle regarding art (which you may or not agree with): if it is something I think I could have easily created by myself, it’s not art. This of course, means I find lots of modern art is bs (costly bs in cases like this)
28‘000.-
Chamer sich nöd usdenke…
🤣🤣🤣
They could have hired a lot of 5yr olds and got the sams results.
To play devils advocate here, this is not the finished room. Take out all the tools and materials, put it fitting furniture, and it looks completely different.
I think it looks cool. Not a boring moment looking at that room.
What wrong with it? I rather like. It seems light, bright and not stodgy. Also, for what the artists typically get paid for this size of a painting, it’s rather cheap.
That looks so cool!
Loll this thread is so triggered seems like a good design then
FCZ hools could do better … for free…
I love this kind of art but it would stress me out as a player if I was prepping my mind and body for a game
It was done by my little girl last night. Sorry boys!
Well, at least it looks like they had fun
